Services

Service Description

Brad Davis Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning services including, but not limited to:

• Residential house cleaning
• Construction cleaning
• Post-renovation cleaning
• Commercial cleaning

Specific services provided will be outlined in your service agreement or quote.

Service Scheduling

Services are provided by appointment only. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled time window. If we anticipate being significantly delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Pricing and Payment

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work differs from the initial description. We will inform you of any significant pricing changes before proceeding with the work.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
• We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
• For recurring services, payment is due at each scheduled cleaning unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
• We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Client Responsibilities

Access to Property

You are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. This may include providing keys, access codes, or being present to grant entry. Any additional trip charges due to lack of access may be billed to you.

Property Preparation

• Please remove valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items from the areas to be cleaned.
• Clear clutter and personal items to allow our team to clean surfaces effectively.
• Secure pets in a safe area away from the cleaning zone.
• Inform us of any special instructions, concerns, or areas requiring special attention.

Hazardous Conditions

You must notify us of any hazardous conditions in your property, including but not limited to mold, asbestos, lead paint, or structural damage. We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem conditions unsafe for our team.

Our Responsibilities and Limitations

Quality of Service

We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to address your concerns at no additional charge.

Insurance and Liability

• We are fully licensed and insured.
• We carry liability insurance to cover accidental damage that may occur during the course of our work.
• We are not responsible for damage to items that are already fragile, damaged, or improperly secured.
• Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Limitations of Liability

Our liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the cost of the specific service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will treat all information about you and your property with confidentiality. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean any areas of concern at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the specific services performed and does not cover areas not included in the original scope of work.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate service at any time if:

• Payment terms are not met
• Unsafe or hazardous conditions exist
• Our team is subjected to harassment or inappropriate behavior
• The client breaches these Terms and Conditions

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Brad Davis Cleaning Services and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an informal resolution. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
